Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. This place is a hidden Gem of Bloomington! Wonderful staff, even better food! The decor is also wonderfully done with the special seating areas that we just love. If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Thank you

I believe the ramen is likely more instant than you would like. I asked the server if I could get a hard boiled egg instead of a soft one because I was unable to consume undercooked food, being pregnant. The server looked confused and is either completely unfamiliar with how the food is prepared or he never asked the chefs if they could hard boil the egg that comes as a "standard" ramen topping. All the ramen bowls come with the same set of mix-ins which makes things somewhat suspicious as far as how much they actually prepare in the restaurant. It's not easy to find quality authentic Asain food in the area, so I'm sure a lot of the usual guests are fooled or are fine with an expensive bowl of instant ramen. $13+ change a bowl at the time I went. The milk tea, and fruit teas were great! Although I'm not a huge fan of boba. The complimentary chips were nice. I also got a big bowl of kimchi on the side which tasted better than the Okinawa Curry Ramen I got. The waiter had me worried things would be too spicy for me trying one of the "hot" flavors, but in the end I may have been better off with some spice to hide the sensation of eating instant noodles. The decor was adorable, it comp

Been here a couple handful of times. Food and vibes are great. I always get the pho and it NEVER disappoints. I like how there is a variety of options to pick from on the menu with their ramen and pho bowls.

I was excited to try this new restaurant since my old pho place closed. I was excited to see the variety on the menu and it made choosing what to eat difficult. I decided to stick with the pho but took a few spoonfuls of my dates Tokyo Ramen. Both were outstanding. We tried an egg roll and gyoza for appetizers and we both had the mango jasmine green tea. I look forward to returning and trying more things!!

Overall the experience here was pleasant but I definitely see room for growth. The atmosphere and decore are AWESOME. You definitely feel transported. If you're interested in the lifted booths they're not open yet and they have tacky paper signs stuck to them to make sure you know that. The food itself was on the upside of okay. I was extremely disappointed to find that they do not have any vegetable based ramen broth so that was completely out of the question. Instead we tired the matsutake mixian which was good but didn't blow me away. The cheese wontons are incredible and were similar to the ones at revolving sushi. The boba is also pretty much the same and good (not the best in town) but in both cases I enjoyed them slightly more than at the sushi place. The tempura was kind of impossible to eat because the pieces of vegetable were HUGE (see photo). Finally the service was also on the high end of okay. We had to wait a long time just to ask questions about the menu because of how vague it is (highly reccomend a reprint on that and marking veg options) and the tempura came out after the main which was unexpected. All and all it was a okay experience and am interested in tryi

Really disappointed in our experience. First the place does look good, so no problem with the atmosphere. The food (appetizers and ramen) were very bland and lacking seasonings. The exception was the mushrooms in my ramen. Unfortunately these mushrooms were candy sweet and very off putting. I'm not sure if the chef mixed the salt and sugar mix up or if they marinated in too sweet of a sauce. We had to follow up with the person waiting on us multiple times to get our drinks correct. The waitress suggested an appetizer not on the menu then brought us something else, I suppose at random. When the waitress brought the ramen to the table, she had her thumb on the inside of the bowl. It didn't help make the meal less bland however this isn't an acceptable hygiene practice.

Wonderful time having lunch at the soft launch today. I actually wanted to come back in for dinner but it was booked out - which I was happy to see! While everything was enjoyable, the most standout thing at our table in my opinion was the Sapporo Miso Ramen broth, and surprisingly also the little free chips you get when you sit down. Those things are freaking delicious from the texture to the seasoning. Side note: Iβd love to know if they have a kidβs menu or not I look forward to trying more items across the full menu to get more familiar with my top favorites, and will have fun coming by for lunch more often. Maybe I can score one of those fun geometric booths, too. There were a few things Iβd chalk up to growing pains of the first day in service and then maybe a couple constructive pieces of feedback Iβd share, but that really is to be expected during soft launch. Overall, I am excited to have this great new restaurant in our community. Also, the staff is wonderfully kind and professional. Thanks Kobe team!

I visited during the soft opening today and ordered the Rare Steak, Well Done Brisket, Tendon and Tripe Pho Bowl. After comparing my bowl to my friendβs, it seems identical to the option thatβs listed without steak, so it might help to make the menu descriptions a bit more clear. The flavor of my pho was okay, but I personally felt it could use a little more depth. My friendβs broth had noticeably more flavor. On the other hand, the appetizers were great the Egg Rolls, Gyoza, and Chicken Wings were all delicious. The overall aesthetic of the restaurant was really nice! I loved the atmosphere and music. It was put together very well.
